Nintendo Introduces Labo and Changes Everything...Again
Josh Thompson's Top 5 Games of 2017
It’s difficult for me to pick games for Game of the Year, not because I have too many, but because I don’t have enough. I’m a budget gamer and I’ve always been a budget gamer, so I usually only play games when I can get good deals on them. Sometimes that’s older games, sometimes it’s indie games, and sometimes games that I just had to play. So, these are my picks for 2017 games that you should have played:
InnerSpace - Review (Switch)
"Mother. Father. Always you wrestle inside me." This quote from Terrence Malick's 2011 film The Tree of Life came to mind quite often during my play through of InnerSpace.
Full Metal Furies - Review (PC)
After the death of Prometheus, the king of the gods, the titans waged war on each other to seize control of the world. The first great war left the world in ashes and the titans withdrew to re-build their forces. This world cannot withstand any more; someone must end the second great war before it starts. Enter the furies: Triss the tank, Alex the fighter, Meg the sniper, and Erin the engineer. Together they will drive back the titans, save the world, and make a lot of really corny jokes.

Dustin Furman's Top 5 Games of 2017
Each year, we're lucky to have just a handful of masterpiece games that you can't miss. In 2017, the slew of titles that were "must plays" was staggering. Not only that, but Nintendo also defied all expectations and released an amazing new console. Often times throughout the year, I'd be driving to work thinking about the games I had played the night before, and was already desperate to get back home to dive in once again. These are the games I couldn't stop thinking about, and my top 5 of the year in order.
Super Meat Boy - Review (Switch)
"...it’s really hard and you’ll hate it but, like… you’ll hate it in a really good way."
